1、 Core parameters
Applicable tightening shaft model
Equipped with NFT-401RM3-S, NFT-401RM3A-S, NFT-601RM3-S and other tightening shafts, the maximum torque range covers 39.2Nm to 58.8Nm, and the highest speed reaches 790rpm.
For example, NFT-401RM3-S axis has a maximum torque of 39.2Nm, a speed of 790rpm, and a weight of 4.5Kg.
Electrical parameters
Input voltage: three-phase AC 200-220V ± 10%, requiring a transformer (such as 3-phase 380V to 220V).
Power frequency: 50/60Hz.
Power consumption: rated 80W (SAN3-40M shaft component), instantaneous maximum current of 18A (including impulse current).
Control accuracy
At 1/2 of the maximum output torque, within 3 σ ± 2% (e.g. target 100Nm, accuracy ± 2Nm).

2、 Functional characteristics
Tightening method
Support torque method, angle method, current method, yield point method (CW/CCW), and correction function (to prevent torque drop).
Example: The angle method can set a composite control of "10Nm+60 degrees".
Multi axis synchronization and forward/reverse rotation
When using PLC, it supports multi axis synchronous tightening and automatic switching between forward and reverse rotation; When not using PLC, parameter switching needs to be achieved through relays and delay devices.
Equipped with torque holding function, the speed can be automatically switched according to parameters.
Data storage and transmission
Axis controller: comes standard with 16 sets of parameter storage, and can be optionally expanded to 32 sets; Each controller can store 10000 sets of tightening data.
Communication interface: Connected to a computer through an RS485 USB converter, supporting parameter editing, data uploading and downloading; Optional RS232C serial port output to touch screen or PLC.
Self diagnosis and protection
Fault alarm: motor sensor current alarm, temperature alarm, torque sensor power supply fault, etc., display fault type and code (such as ABN).
Overvoltage/overcurrent protection: The system automatically shuts down and alarms, and each driving device is separately equipped with overload protection.

Working environment: Temperature range of 0 ℃ to+45 ℃ (no freezing), humidity ≤ 90% RH (no frosting).
