⑴彈線:用水準(zhǔn)儀在房間內(nèi)每個(gè)墻角上抄出水平點(diǎn)，彈出水準(zhǔn)線，從水準(zhǔn)線量至吊頂設(shè)計(jì)高度，用粉線沿墻彈出水準(zhǔn)線。同時(shí)在混凝土頂板彈出主龍骨的位置?！?/span>

（1）snap the line: The horizontal level is removed from each corner of the room with a level instrument, and the level line is ejected , pop-up level from level to high ceiling design, snap the level line with a line along the wall . At the same time, the main keel is released on the concrete roof.

⑵固定吊掛桿件:采用膨脹螺栓固定吊掛桿件。吊桿的一端同L30*30*3角碼焊接，另一端用攻絲套出大于100㎜的絲桿。吊桿用膨脹螺栓固定在樓板上，用沖擊電錘打孔

⑶輕鋼龍骨安裝:輕鋼龍骨應(yīng)吊掛在吊桿上，輕鋼龍骨應(yīng)平行房間長(zhǎng)向安裝，同時(shí)應(yīng)起拱。主龍骨的接長(zhǎng)應(yīng)采取對(duì)接，相鄰龍骨的對(duì)接接頭要相互錯(cuò)開(kāi)。輕鋼龍骨掛好后應(yīng)基本調(diào)平?？缍却笥?/span>15m以上的吊頂，應(yīng)在主龍骨上，每隔15m加一道大龍骨，并垂直主龍骨焊接牢固。

⑷彈簧片安裝:用吊桿與輕鋼龍骨連接，間距900㎜～1000㎜，再將彈簧片卡在吊桿上。

（4）The spring strip installation: boom is connected with the light steel keel spacing of 900 mm to 1000 mm, Then clip the spring onto the boom.

⑸格柵主副骨組裝:將格柵的主副骨在下面按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙的要求預(yù)裝好。

(5)The main side grille assemble: the main and side bone grille are assembled below according to the requirements of design drawings with good.

⑹格柵安裝:將預(yù)裝好的格柵天花用吊鉤穿在主骨孔內(nèi)吊起，將整柵的天花連接后，調(diào)整至水平。

（6）Grille installation: the pre packaged grille ceiling is hung by the hook in the main bone hole, after the whole grille ceiling connected, adjusted it to the level of.
